By using this website or booking services with 8K47 Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services
8K47 Studio provides photography, videography, editing, and related creative production services. Project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon separately between 8K47 Studio and the client.

Payments & Deposits
Projects and sessions may require payment in full, a deposit, or milestone payments before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking, in project agreements, or in invoices.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary depending on the type of session or project. Any applicable refund, retainer, or rescheduling policy will be shared at the time of booking or in a separate agreement.

Revisions & Deliverables
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project scope. Additional revisions, re-edits, or major changes outside the original scope may require additional billing.

Travel & Production Expenses
Travel, lodging, location fees, permits, rentals, and other production-related expenses may be billed separately depending on project requirements.

Image & Video Use
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, 8K47 Studio retains the right to use completed photo and video work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property
Final deliverables are provided for the agreed intended use. 8K47 Studio retains copyright ownership of all created images, videos, and related media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability
8K47 Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website or its services.
