8K47 Studio provides videography, livestream production, advertising management, editing, and creative production services.
Project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon separately between 8K47 Studio and the client.
Advertising Disclaimer
Advertising results are not guaranteed. Campaign performance depends on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, audience behavior, advertising budget, creative quality, and client offer or product quality.
Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or YouTube is separate from management or production fees charged by 8K47 Studio.
Payments & Deposits
Projects may require deposits or milestone payments before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in project agreements or invoices.
Revisions & Deliverables
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project scope. Excessive revisions or major project changes may require additional billing.
Travel & Production Expenses
Travel, lodging, location fees, permits, rentals, and other production-related expenses may be billed separately depending on project requirements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, 8K47 Studio retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
8K47 Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services, website, or advertising campaigns.
